USCG/State of Alaska Large Cruise Ship Continuous Discharge The mobile laboratory is certified for the USCG / State of Alaska large cruise ship continuous discharge parameters, also known as the “Murkowski” parameters, in addition to other wastewater tests. The Murkowski parameters include:

• BOD
• TSS
• Fecal Coliform
• pH
• Total Chlorine
• Free Chlorine

IMO Marine Envrironmental Protection Committee Performance Tests The mobile laboratory is used for performing initial certification testing for wastewater systems under IMO Standard MEPC 159(55), Effluent Standards and Performance Tests for Sewage Treatment Plants.
