David moved to Alaska in 1991 after obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Colorado State University.  After working with the University of Alaska Southeast on the biological effects of the Exxon Valdez oil spill and serving as adjunct faculty in mathematics and chemistry, David began his career in water quality monitoring with Analytica Alaska in 1995.  In 2005, David and Diana formed Admiralty Environmental to specialize in water quality consulting and laboratory analysis, with a special emphasis on cruise ship environmental compliance.  David enjoys fishing, golfing, oil painting, and spending time with family, and loves being part of an environmental company that provides important services to the community and creates career opportunities for young environmental professionals.

Diana moved to Alaska in 1983 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Alaska Southeast.  After managing the university’s Learning Center and serving as an adjunct math instructor for two years, Diana put her administrative skills to work directing the Alaska Boards of Fisheries and Game.  In 2005, she and David formed Admiralty Environmental to provide both consulting services and updated water quality analysis to clients in southeast Alaska and worldwide.  Diana enjoys golfing, fishing, and gardening in her spare time, and loves the community of Juneau, where she and David raised two wonderful daughters.
